Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki (plow scorch and sukiyaki) cooks by combustion with a shallow iron pan or boiling meat. The name "Sukiyaki style" is used generically of the dish of salted and sweetened seasoning that uses the crack under. It is called a gyuunabe.

"SUKIYAKI (Ue wo muite arukou : Let's turned and walked)" of Sakamoto Kyu became a big hit in the United States in 1963. Because the origin of the name of a song was delicious the sukiyaki that the president of the recording label ate in Japan. It became No.1 of the charts in the United States on June 15, 1963. It is only present and this tune that a Japanese song became No.1 of the charts in the United States.
