Miso soup


Miso soup is the most populer Japanese soup that is added the vegetable and the tool such as seafoods (It is called, "Real") to putting out, boiled, and seasoned with the miso.


In the gastronomic culture in Japan, the main position is occupied as sub-food of the rice and the cereals rice made staple food. It is mostly a representative of the home-cooked meal made at home though might be put out in the restaurant. It can be said that it will be a simple dish as a cooking method in which taking soup with the dried bonito and dried small sardines, etc. , and making the taste from the ingredient and the miso.
